When you place an order with us, you are responsible for providing accurate personal and delivery information. Any errors in address or contact details that result in delivery issues are not the responsibility of Sticky Icky. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or message from us. Please note that we begin processing your order immediately, and cancellations may not be possible after confirmation.

We strive to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition, just as pictured. However, minor variations in color or size may occur due to lighting, printing, or screen resolution differences. All sales are considered final unless there is a valid reason for a return, which must be discussed and approved in advance. Our refund or exchange policies, where applicable, will be communicated separately.
