At Sticky Icky, we put a lot of love and care into every product, from our carefully crafted posters and stickers to our beautifully designed Eid cards. Each order is made with attention to detail, and we want you to love what you receive. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Due to the nature of our products, especially customized and made-to-order items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a clear issue with your order, such as damage during delivery or receiving the wrong item.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide clear photos of the item, along with your order details, so we can review the issue and offer a fair resolution, whether it’s a replacement or store credit.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:

Minor color or size differences due to screen or print variations

Delays caused by shipping companies

Incorrect information provided by the customer (such as the wrong address or contact information)

Change of mind after placing the order
Returns will only be accepted if approved by our team in advance. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back within a set timeframe. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
